We store the syllabi files you upload (PDFs, images, and documents) to provide our service. These files are processed to extract tasks and are stored securely.

- Push notification tokens (to send reminders)
- Device type and operating system version
Usage Analytics
We collect anonymous usage data to improve the App, including:

Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the App:
Supabase
Database and file storage provider. Stores your account data, syllabi files, and extracted tasks securely.
OpenAI
AI processing service. Your syllabus content is sent to OpenAI for task extraction. OpenAI processes this data according to their privacy policy and does not use your data to train their models.
RevenueCat
Subscription management service. Handles payment processing and subscription status. Your payment details are processed by Apple and are not stored by us.
PostHog
Analytics provider. Collects anonymous usage data to help us improve the App.
Expo
Push notification service. Manages delivery of reminder notifications to your device.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:
- Your profile and account data is deleted immediately
- Your uploaded syllabi and extracted tasks are deleted immediately
- Push notification tokens are invalidated
- Anonymous analytics data may be retained for statistical purposes
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data:
- All data is transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption
- Database access is protected by Row Level Security
- User files are stored in secure, isolated storage
- Authentication is handled by industry-standard providers
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Update or correct your information
- Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data through the App settings
- Opt-out: Disable push notifications through your device settings
Children's Privacy
The App is intended for college students and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
